Leading\u00a0photographer Ellen von Unwerth\u00a0<\/a>teamed up with\u00a0knitwear specialist\u00a0Sister by Sibling<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0luxury crystal accessories label\u00a0Swarovski<\/a>\u00a0to direct this\u00a0short film showcasing the brands’ key Spring\/Summer ’14 looks \u2013 and\u00a0Planet Sputnik\u00a0<\/a>helped provide the perfect pastel-hued period touch.<\/p>\n

Model-turned-photographer Ellen is adored around the world for her\u00a0fashion, editorial and advertising work. The promo,\u00a0Crystals And The Postman Are A Girl’s Best Friend<\/i>, premiered on\u00a0Dazed<\/a>, which said: “Unwerth applies her revered take on the erotic to this short film. The age-old hot twins fantasy is bedecked in crystals and kitsch, licking lips seductively and inviting us to play.\u201d<\/p>\n

Styled by\u00a0Anna Trevelyan<\/a>\u00a0and starring twin models\u00a0Ruth and May Bell<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 alongside Kip the poodle \u2013 the sparkling short is clever and fun in equal measure.\u00a0Planet Sputnik<\/a>\u00a0provided the vintage\u00a0location<\/a>\u00a0and acted as\u00a0props<\/a> co-ordinator during the shoot.<\/p>\n
